Call for New Admins to Help WIth the Club

Dear all,

I would like to let you know that I am currently seeking new admins to help with :icongodzillatheseries:

What is the job of the club Admin? Basically, there are 3 main tasks, besides other small ones:

1) Watching the members's devs and adding the GTS-themed ones to the club faves
2) Sorting out the notes and adding new members
3) Watching the GTS-channel at dA and faving GTS-themed ones

The minimum requirement is to check the club once every month.

17/03/2008 :new: Hey, everyone!!! Happy upcoming Easter!!! :dance: :party: and thank you all for 2000 page views! This is so heartwarming to know that GTS is still as popular as it was ten years ago!!! How To Join?

1) Just drop me a note or indicate so in any comment you leave me, but notes are more preferrable: comments might get lost accidentally!


2) Please have the topic of the note be "join" theme.

3) You don't actually need to draw GTS art to be a member. Just the fact that you support GTS in any way is enough. This is a place for anything GTS related.

4) Shortly, as a rule, you will receive a reply note with a password to submit pics if you want to. You need to be an official member to be able to post your pics in the club gallery.

Art Submission Rules and General Guidelines

:bulletred: The art that you are going to submit must depict GTS- or Godzilla 1998-related theme. Fan Fiction allowed and anything as long as it is GTS-related.

:bulletblue: There are no limitations of the number of pics from one user.

:bulletred: When Submitting a pic, please in the comments indicate your Deviation Name, and a link to the original pic. There's no need to leave lengthy comments there.

:bulletred: :police: WHEN COMMENTING OR FAVOURING A PIECE PLEASE DO SO AT THE ORIGINAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :police:

:bulletblue: NO mature artwork allowed.

:bulletred: NO artwork of offensive, racial,etc kind is allowed.

:bulletblue: The club does not accept screenshots from the series into the main gallery as 'artwork', unless it was previously customized.

:bulletred: Kindly use the password for submitting art only.

NEWS

:new: 04/02/2008 - Hi everybody! I AM BACK!...WITH UPDATES..
I have had time to think about it. I don't always have the time to update the gallery with members pics, so I decided it would be best if the members themselves updated it when they post smth new gts related. So from now on the official members of the club will be provided with a password to the club which I am going to send out via notes today...and update the club rules with it...Enjoy GTSonDa to the maximum ^_^ I also take it to thank everyone on their recent activity on GTSonDa! :hug:

08/01/08 Had some work to do around the club today, added a couple of deviations myself and FINALLy managed to asnwer all comments!!! YAY! And welcome 4more new members and that makes the 37 of us :wow: I am so glad GTS LIVES! ^_^
BTW!!! Very soon we are gonna hit the 1000 KIRIBAN!!! That's an awesome occasion! Yay, let's party!
And another less good thing,...exam period starts soon and I will have to disappear for a couple of weeks: revision and all... No worries, I will be back in the beginning of February!

26/11/07 I am glad GTS on DA is so very popular! :D Guys you really honor me! Just a short notice. Please keep track of the journal all important notes will go there.
Plus... I have great news for you! In a while GTS ON DA is gonna host a GTS CONTEST!!!. I have my ideas and I welcome you to put forward yours... Though, this 'a while' might take a bit of time, it will be worth it ;)
And ANOTHER IMPORTANT THING: usually the admin of the club posts member deviations in the gallery for everyone to see linking it to the original and giving credit of course. I was thinking about it for a while... So members (no pressure here, you are free to choose) would you like me to post your GTS deviations from this moment on in the GTS on DA gallery?
